My experience with the team from Armour Shield roofing has been great. It began when a big windstorm blew through our neighbourhood. We lost shingles on several sides of our roof. They made accommodations to come out first thing the next morning and performed a repair to get us water tight. I asked our insurance company to permit us to use them for the repair and they agreed. They showed up when promised and did a great job completing the full replacement on a challenging roof (very steep with many peaks). Full confidence in this company.

A few months ago, we experienced significant damage to our roof in a storm. I received several quotes for the roof replacement. Armour Shield Roofing provided one of the quotes in the higher range, but they were able to schedule my roof replacement earlier than other companies, so we went with them. Their workmanship is excellent. They found several vents that were installed improperly by the builder 20 years ago that had led to rotten roofing boards and mould, cut these out and replaced them with new wood. The roofing team did a great job and cleaned everything up afterwards. They guarantee their workmanship and product for 10 years. I highly recommend the work done by Armour Shield.

This is the second time I have hired Armour Shield to install a new roof (different houses). Everyone you deal with - the owner, site supervisor, and roofing crew - are helpful and professional. They did a great job dealing with several unpleasant surprises that were revealed once the old shingles were removed and went well beyond expectations in identifying and correcting issues. They started work on the agreed date and finished on the expected date. The property was meticulously cleaned at the end of each day. My 17 year old roof was in decent shape overall, but the capping shingles along the ridge line needed replacing. Calling right after a big storm, I thought it would take Armour Shield quite a while to do the work, but they were here the next day. The work was excellent, they treated my old roof with respect and took care of a small flashing issue as well. Kudos all around!

I needed help due to a leak in our roof. We had never had a problem like this, so we started researching companies. It's no wonder this one has such great reviews - they were able to come out the next day and fix my problem, talking me through the process every step of the way. I really appreciate the team for being so diligent, they even followed up the next day to ensure we weren't experiencing any more issues. Excellent experience from beginning to end. Assaad is very professional and not once did I feel like I was being 'sold'. He communicates well and often, his team was efficient and responsive to questions or concerns and the final product looks great! They were also respectful of the neighbors property on either side and even came the day after the job was completed to sweep the areas around the house for nails and debris. I got my roof done 3 years ago. I have not had an issue at all. The guys were very courteous during install, not a single screw found after the job complete. We used to get icicles and our neighbors do too. Our last 2 winters we haven't had too much snow to see a difference. This year - so much snow!! We don't have one icicle or melt spot, compared to the massive icicles my neighbors have. I am very happy with the roof we got and the way it is performing.

I had watched Armour Shield Roofing, as well as some other companies, do a number of roofing projects in our community over the last few years and I had been the most impressed by the work that Armour Shield did. It is hard to find a roofing company that does what they say they will do... and does it WHEN they say they will do it. I got 3 quotes prior to starting my entire roof replacement. Armour Shield wasn't the absolute cheapest, BUT with this kind of job I think quality has to be the primary concern. Assad was great to deal with from the beginning. They use the same crews, so there isn't an issue with consistency and quality. The actual job they did with the removal and the new installation was excellent. They arrived when they said they would. My property was kept clean. They completed the job when they said they would. I have no hesitation giving a 5 star review!

He took the time to walk up the street to my home and gave me a quick evaluation of my roof. We booked an appointment to get a complete estimate. They had lots of protection on and around my flower beds with plywood against the windows. The 8 man crew were very friendly and worked at a steady pace, doing quality workmanship.
