The builder incorrectly installed a bathroom vent, causing the roof to rot and mold to grow. Spoke to Assad and he listened to my concerns, then sent Nick over to get a look and give me a quote. Nick was a pleasure to speak with as well. Roofer replaced a 4 x 8 sheet of osb, roof shield, and shingles. Installed a new bath fan correctly and higher up on the roof. Shingles matched perfectly and site was cleaned up. If you are looking for quality and professional roofing services, this is the company to call. I encountered a problem with my roof that they had installed well over 10 years ago. However, this was NOT due to defective materials or workmanship. Foolishly, solar panels had been installed on my beautiful roof and had caused damage to the shingles and the plywood. I noticed water slowly coming down one of my kitchen walls. It was raining and quite cold outside. Assad and a member of his team came out that day and located the problem, which actually leaked through to a discrete area of my basement. Once the rain stopped and the sun had a chance to dry out the roof, Nick and Assad were up on my roof repairing the affected area. However, it doesn’t end there. The roof repair was done a few months ago. Last week I received a call from Armourshield. They were following up on the status of the repair. Today they ran a water test on the various affected areas that had been repaired. It was no surprise that there were no leaks. The integrity of the roof remained intact. What incredible service. Our initial meeting was with Nick, who oversaw our roofing, helped us pick out the shingle and colors, and was on site several times as the job was done. From the quick response by the office management to our online request for a quote, to the completion of the job and post job cleanup, the Armour Shield team were professional, thorough, honest, and personable. The foreman and installation crew worked tirelessly through late fall conditions and did an excellent job! Owner and supervisors showed great care throughout the project and were on site regularly to view the work and results. Our understanding that the owners provide appropriate compensation and benefits for their employees, who in turn stay with the company long term, makes us feel good about the professionalism of the workers working on our home. The price was fair for the product and work and the results were well worth it.

We felt very comfortable with Armour Shield from the first time we met ****** until the job was done. ****** was very professional and patient with his explanations of the process. He covered the materials he used and why, and then answered all our questions. ****** kept us informed about what would happen and when, and what to expect and what we should do in preparation. The day the materials arrived ****** was here to check everything including the lot number on each bundle of shingles to confirm they were the same. When the crew arrived, they were very quiet and courteous. The cleanup at the end of each day and the end of the job was great. I only found three roofing nails buried deep in the shrubbery. Not bad considering ****** told me he would probably use about 60,000 nails. All in all, it was excellent work from and excellent crew and excellent owner, ******.

I really can’t say enough good things about Armour Shield Roofing. From the first point of contact at their office I really felt that customer service was of importance to them and that they cared about me as a customer. All my concerns were responded to, all my questions answered and the owner as well as the team of installers were kind, polite and professional. The work is exceptional-I am so impressed. I feel very fortunate to have hired them to do not only new shingles but new roof decking as well. I feel very confident that my roof can weather anything now! Many thanks to the Armour Shield team. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Rodney and his team at Armour Shield were top notch! The job was done when they said it would be, and Rodney was on site regularly to oversee the progress and respond to any questions or concerns I had. They protected my property and the neighbours with tarps and boards to avoid any potential damage from falling debris. At end of day and then again when the job was complete, Rodney personally came by to inspect and go over the entire property and the neighbours with a magnet to ensure there were no remaining nails on the ground.
All said I was very impressed with Armour Shield and would recommend them!
Roof Replacement

Rodney from the very beginning of the process was transparent about every aspect of our roof replacement, which was greatly appreciated. He explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions in a timely and efficient manner. We used Armour Shield for our roof in 2005 and now again in 2022. We had a somewhat urgent need and Assad put us on his priority list and we were scheduled 2 weeks later. Everything happened as scheduled; the shingles received, the garbage bin in place and the work from start to finish in less than 2 days. I can not say enough positive comments about the crew…courteous, professional and task oriented. Of course I was concerned about the noise for my neighbours, but no loud music…in fact, no music, except when only one crew member came himself to finish off and it was not blaring, No swearing, yelling and my goodness, so polite when they, understandably, requested to use the restroom. They had to stay late the first day and we just went about our business of spending time in backyard with our cats relaxing and their work never interfered with that….in fact, they even like cats which was a plus!!! And the clean up…everything left in perfect shape and the end of each day…very thorough; checking and re-checking. Exceptional work from an exceptional crew with an exceptional owner, Assad. We are extremely satisfied. Great job!
Old Toronto House Roof Replacement

Rodney and the Armour Shield team did an amazing job replacing our roof on our old Toronto home.
Rodney was enthusiastic about the project and upfront about potential challenges we may encounter once the old shingles were removed.
Once work began, Rodney was in constant contact and was diligent about making sure the job site stayed clean and safe for us, our neighbours and our dog.
The work the team did was excellent and has revitalized the look of our home. We now have the confidence during the next big rain storm that we wont be underwater, literally.

An absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The quote was incredibly thorough, Asaad gave me multiple options depending on what I had wanted and if there was the potential for additional repairs needed.
The communication throughout the entire process was precise and thorough and he answered any questions that I had.
The entire process was quick, easy and I was genuinely surprised at how thorough they were for cleanup. With a young daughter and 2 dogs you can never be too careful.
Will gladly use again on my other properties in the future and would recommend them to anyone!
